Maaya Spaces was started by Manichand Racha, director of Sudhamsh Infra Private Limited, the Hyderabad company that Maaya Spaces is part of. After painting commercial buildings and high-rises, he built Maaya Spaces so homeowners get the same preparation, crews and supervision.
Manichand leads Maaya Spaces from Hyderabad. He oversees the painting crews, site visits and quotes, and makes sure every home gets the same five-step process the team uses on commercial projects.
Most home painting goes wrong before the first coat, when cracks aren't filled, putty isn't sanded, or primer is skipped. Manichand saw the difference proper prep makes on large sites and wanted homeowners to have it too, in whichever paint brand they trust.
Next, the plan is Maaya Paints, a paint range of their own.
